Our philosophy is based on caring for the whole person – body, mind, spirit, and emotions to cultivate optimal health and well-being during times of adversity. A whole person is made up of interdependent parts and if one part is not working properly, all the other parts will be affected. At the center of our philosophy is the understanding that unconditional love and support is the most powerful healer and each one of us are responsible to direct our intention for our own health and soul growth through dark and challenging times.
The mind is a miraculous tool that when guided by intention can affect us physically, emotionally and spiritually. Most often our life choices are guided by the mind and the spirit is not part of our consensus experience. When we are able to conceptualize the inner working of the mind, its nature and how we use it everyday we can change how we think, communicate and create our lives. When we live with this greater awareness of our mind we can begin to allow the profound knowledge of our spirit to come through.
Emotions are part of daily human life. We feel them, we sometimes try to forget them, and we often try to prevent ourselves from feeling them. Emotions are gateways to higher learning and higher love. They effect how we feel in body, mind and spirit. When we learn how to relate to our feelings, identify with them and learn from them, we can begin to initiate change in our lives from places of power versus fear. Embracing the totality of our emotions is a courageous act that brings with it many gifts of healing.
Every moment our bodies are responding to the thoughts and energies of our mind, emotions and spirit. Every organ, system and cell has an intelligence that is constantly working to keep us in balance and healthy. When we are able to live in our bodies with a loving awareness of how our body is responding our emotions and mental perceptions we not only can experience a sense of wholeness, we can also begin to deepen our understanding of our own spiritual power.
Our highest knowing, our most guided intelligence and very often our most silenced voice, is the deep and powerful voice of our spirit. It is our connection to limitless love and compassion, to strength and courage and miraculous healing. Spirituality grows when we can connect with our own authentic spiritual voice. A voice that is ever present and available. When we can live in awareness within body, emotion and mind our spiritual voice can emerge to the forefront and be integral part of creating joy and healing in our lives.
