Raven Drum Circles are a holistic method of drumming facilitated by the use of intention, rhythm, mindfulness,breathing and visualization. Each rhythm is played within the circle with a specific focus on healing; where participants are guided in releasing distress and restoring health within the heart, mind and body. Participants who are drumming do not have to possess any drumming experience, only the desire to heal and empower their lives. Rhythm, silence and intent are all integral paths to resiliency.
